Hudson Valley Soccer Referee Association [HVSRA] is made up of over 600 licensed referees serving youth and amateur adult soccer in Dutchess, Putnam, Westchester, Rockland, Orange, Ulster, Sullivan, and Greene Counties, and Pike County, PA; and beyond.
